While everyone is out making fun of the hipster-y Brooklyn culinary “movement” in the New York Times Dining section today (I’ll refrain from comment because I love pickles and the Brooklyn Kitchen) I noticed an article about Kogi, the Korean taco truck in L.A., and it got me very excited about the possible eating adventures I will take when I go to California in a few weeks (oh, did I mention? I’m coming to California in a few weeks).
Here is a small list of places to visit while in L.A./Orange County (omitting the obvious places like In-N-Out/Taco Loco/etc.). I am very open to suggestions!
• Kogi taco truck
• Father’s Office? Koreanish burger place in L.A. that was also in the article.
• Native Foods (maybe)
• Pink’s
