For those of you wondering about the odd placement of Gawker’s book near the Koran and pink flower-covered paperbacks about mother-inappropriate topics that I mentioned in my previous post: My local library branch is very, very small. Most of the books are children’s books, graphic novels and popular teen/adult fiction. Strangely enough, every time I go into the library it is full of people, which I guess goes to show that this library  has it all figured out. Unfortunately, catering their books to the masses means that unpopular titles like female sex guides and miscalculated ventures into the print medium by British blog moguls all get shoved to one lonely shelf, behind the computers.
